VIA LEW organized Industrial Visit to Vicco Lab and RC Plasto Tanks and Pipes Pvt Ltd

Lady Entrepreneurs’ Wing of Vidarbha Industries Association (VIA LEW) successfully organized an enriching Industrial Visit for its lady entrepreneur members to Vicco Laboratories and R C Plasto Tanks and Pipes Pvt Ltd, offering valuable insights into traditional wellness manufacturing and modern plastic domestic solutions.

The visit to Vicco Laboratories, a renowned Indian brand rooted in Ayurveda, was an inspiring experience for the members. Vicco is well known for its herbal oral care and personal care products that combine ancient Ayurvedic wisdom with contemporary manufacturing practices. Members observed the disciplined production processes, stringent quality control systems, and the company’s commitment to natural, chemical-free formulations. The visit highlighted how Vicco has sustained trust across generations while scaling its operations responsibly.

The delegation was also briefed on Vicco’s focus on research, standardization, and compliance with national and international quality norms, reinforcing the importance of authenticity and consistency in brand building. On behalf of all participants, LEW Chairperson, Yogita Deshmukh expressed gratitude to Amit Pendharkar, Director of Vicco Laboratories for the insightful visit.

The industrial tour further continued to R C Plasto Tanks and Pipes Pvt Ltd, where members gained firsthand exposure to the manufacturing of tanks with roto motor and blow moulding technologies. The visit showcased advanced moulding technologies, efficient production planning, and an emphasis on durability of vast range of products which includes pipes, chairs, buckets, etc. Members appreciated the demonstration given by the stsff for durability of chair and container.

The Plasto team also shared insights into material optimization, recycling awareness, and sustainable practices being adopted in plastic manufacturing, which resonated strongly with the entrepreneurial aspirations of the members. Vishal Agrawal, Director of RC Plasto, shared insights on branding and insisted all lady entrepreneurs present to focus on marketing and promotion.
