Knowledge Forum of Vidarbha Industries Association organized a Session on “Turbo Charge your Sales Through Systems & Process” today at VIA Auditorium, Nagpur.
Mr Krishna Kumar (KK), Founder & CEO of GoMo Tech, Mumbai focused on strategies to be followed for sales related activities. He said impotent aspect of tracking our performances and setting target for an individual, Sales Team of the organisation and the process to achieve the same through tracking, monitoring and taking feedback corrective actions over the same. He emphasised on relations and transparency between boss and subordinates that how such things can result into productive outcome.
He advised the participants and salesperson that “Be Good – Do Good – Dream Big” for achieving your sales target. He also covered 5 T’s of Sales i.e. Target, Tools, Tracking, Team, Training & Talent.
He said sales is all about emotional connect between salesperson and a customer. He advised the participants that importance is given for clarity in sales practices. Team leader should figure out the experiences, which matter of each individual of company. He mentioned few more aspect for salesperson, they must make use of technology in there execution and making notes of each point.
He explained some basic tools which every salesperson must have with them are Target, Tools such as important documents, Tracking the performance, weekly review of action, team work and training.
He further said his company is management based consulting firm helping with General Strategy, Sales Strategy and Digital Marketing, we all wanted predictability and scalability in our revenue and to achieve this we have to follow certain standard tools and practises which helps our units scale.
If salesperson is planning One should also possess knowledge of future planning which He should also have great sense of direction and time.
