conducted an Intercollegiate Summer Internship Presentation Competition 2015 on 20th Oct 2015 at

VIA Hall, Udyog Bhavan Civil Lines, for all management students.

Summer Internship Project is a crucial and mandatory activity for all b-schools, wherein students have to

undergo an internship for a period of at least 45 days in any organization to gain practical work

experience. The main focus of organizing this competition was to facilitate a common platform for all

management students of Nagpur to share their learning experience during their summer internship.

The competition began on a formal note by a brief introductory welcome speech by CA Girish Deodhar,

Chairman VIA, emphasized the need of exploring all avenues to make MBA students employable and job

ready. He addressed students by saying that both expression & impression is needed for an effective

communication. The students were motivated to express as well as impress the judges & the audience

while they present their Internship project.

Subsequently, Prof.Valerie Francis, Head-Summer Internship Project, CIBMRD took the podium to

welcome the gathering, a large part of which were the students and faculties of MBA colleges, besides
